Introduction and Acceptance

Account approval is not automatic, and 18bba may decline or limit access when required for security, responsible gambling or compliance purposes.

A deposit is not a savings product or investment. You must use only discretionary money and must not deposit funds required for rent, food, education, loan repayments, bills or family commitments. 18bba may apply deposit limits or request additional information where transaction patterns require review.

Withdrawals and Account Checks

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, wagering conditions and security review. Where practicable, 18bba may return funds through the same method used to deposit. An alternative verified route may be required when the original channel does not support withdrawals.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. E-wallet requests may be completed more quickly than FPX, DuitNow or direct bank transfers, but bank maintenance, incomplete KYC information, unusual activity and payment-partner traffic can extend the time. 18bba may pause a request while reasonably necessary checks are completed.

Before requesting a withdrawal, users should ensure that account details match their bank or e-wallet records. An incorrect name, number or payment reference can cause rejection or delay. 18bba may request further documentation before releasing funds where fraud prevention or compliance obligations reasonably require it.

Betting, Odds and Game Rules

Every 18bba user is responsible for reviewing the selected event, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted, a bet generally cannot be cancelled merely because the user changed their mind or misunderstood the selection. Live odds may change rapidly during EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other in-play events.

Prohibited and Unacceptable Use

A user may request account closure subject to identity verification and resolution of pending wagers, withdrawals or investigations. Closure does not cancel obligations or rights that arose before the account was closed. Records may be retained where reasonably required for security, dispute handling or compliance.
